At Romsey Care Doctor Services, we are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality healthcare. To support this, both patients and clinic staff have important rights and responsibilities.

Patients have the right to receive care that is respectful, safe, and free from discrimination. This includes the right to be treated with dignity, to have their privacy and confidentiality protected, to be involved in decisions about their healthcare, and to access clear information about their condition and treatment options. Patients also have the right to ask questions, seek a second opinion, and provide feedback or raise concerns about their care.

In return, patients have the responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about their health, medications, and medical history. Patients are expected to treat staff and other patients with respect, attend appointments on time or provide adequate notice if unable to attend, and follow agreed treatment plans or advise their clinician if difficulties arise. Patients are also responsible for respecting clinic policies and using healthcare services appropriately.

Clinic staff have the responsibility to provide care that is professional, ethical, and evidence-based. This includes maintaining patient confidentiality, respecting individual rights and cultural backgrounds, communicating clearly and honestly, and working to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all patients. Staff are also responsible for maintaining their clinical skills, following relevant guidelines and policies, and responding appropriately to patient concerns or complaints.

We encourage open communication between patients and staff to ensure the best possible care outcomes. By working together with mutual respect and understanding, we aim to provide a healthcare experience that is safe, supportive, and patient-focused.

Costs to You

At Romsey Care Doctor Services, we are a fully bulk-billed medical clinic proudly serving our local community. We understand that being unwell can be stressful—especially in a regional area where access to healthcare can be limited. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide comprehensive, quality medical care that’s both accessible and affordable.

Our goal is simple: to ensure that every patient can receive the care they need without worrying about the cost, you can visit our clinic knowing that our services are completely bulk-billed, meaning no out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary consultations.

We believe that good health should never depend on financial circumstances or postcode. Our team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and support staff are passionate about improving health outcomes across the community by delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.

We’re more than just a clinic — we’re a part of your community, committed to keeping you healthy, supported, and cared for when you need it most.

Please note that any external referrals (such as specialists, imaging, or pathology services) may incur additional costs, which are outside of our control.

Our practice is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and health information is handled safely and responsibly.
